2023『全球十大頂尖敏捷CEO大獎』投獎辦法

一、背景
      Background
『全球十大頂尖敏捷CEO大獎』是由Scrum Alliance的台灣首位Scrum國際大使CST主辦的一個全球性獎項。每年該活動都會選出全世界範圍內10位最優秀的敏捷CEO,展現他們在敏捷思維理念和實踐上的卓越成就。

The "Top 10 Global Agile CEO Awards" is a global award organized by the first Scrum Ambassador CST of Scrum Alliance in Taiwan. Each year, this event selects the top 10 most outstanding Agile CEOs worldwide, showcasing their exceptional achievements in Agile thinking and practice.

二、推動目的
      Purpose of the Initiative
因環境快速變動及市場日益複雜趨勢,Scrum與敏捷已成為企業組織管理及個人職能主流優勢及管理科學,透過表彰全球對敏捷理念和實踐有重大貢獻的CEO,來彰顯其重要性,並鼓勵所有企業、組織單位見賢思齊,特舉辦本專案管理獎項,作為全球企業及CEO們標竿學習典範。

Due to the rapid changes in the environment and the increasingly complex trends in the market, Scrum and Agile have become mainstream advantages in the management of corporate organizations and individual competencies. Recognizing the significance of Agile principles and practices, this initiative aims to highlight their importance. By commending CEOs globally who have made significant contributions to Agile thinking and implementation, the initiative seeks to encourage all enterprises and organizational units to learn from these exemplary leaders. The project management awards serve as a benchmark and model for global businesses and CEOs, promoting a culture of learning and excellence.

三、獎項資訊
      Award Information
  1. 投獎時間:該獎項的申請時間截止日期為『2023年11月06日(星期一)』截止,地點暫定台北市。
  2. 參選條件:參選人需為CEO或是公司高階主管,同時為確保得獎者在敏捷領域的專業性,參選者必須擁有敏捷相關證照,並有實際的敏捷成功案例。

    - 截止日期後由評審團審核,並於頒獎日期前5天公告前獲選名單

  1. Submission Deadline: The deadline for submitting applications for the award is November 15, 2023 (Wednesday), and the location is tentatively set in Taipei City.
  2. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must be CEOs or high-level executives of companies. To ensure the expertise of the awardees in the Agile domain, participants must possess relevant Agile certifications and have practical experience with successful Agile cases.

四、投獎條件
      Award Submission Requirements
  1. 參選人需為CEO或是公司高階主管,同時為確保得獎者在敏捷領域的專業性,參選者必須擁有敏捷相關證照,並有實際的敏捷成功案例。
  2. 參選文件包含:
    - 線上申請表:https://bit.ly/3qRGWKJ
    - 內容分為三部分:申請人聯繫方式、參選人基本資料及參選成功案例說明
    - 送審文件中如涉及機密部分,可不揭露或是標示<機密>,主辦單位如公開送審文件時將會遮蔽機密部分。
    - 提供的附件如有多份文件,請合併為一個檔案。上傳文件之格式須為 PDF 檔,且檔案大小不超過 1G。
    - 完成自薦影片:因本次將由國外專業評審一同評選,故需提供英文影片簡介。影片內內容需附上您解說簡報的畫面,並附上英文字幕。
  1. Eligibility: Candidates must hold the position of CEO or be high-level executives within their companies. To ensure the professionalism of awardees in the Agile domain, participants must possess Agile-related certifications and have practical experience in successful Agile cases.
  2. Submission Documents:
    • Online application form: Application Form
      • Content divided into three parts: Applicant's contact information, Candidate's basic information, and Explanation of the Agile success case.
      • If the submission includes confidential information, it can be either omitted or marked as . The organizing committee will conceal confidential portions when publicly sharing the submission documents.
      • If multiple documents are provided as attachments, please merge them into a single file. Uploaded files must be in PDF format and not exceed 1 GB in size.
    • Self-Introduction Video:Create a self-introduction video since the evaluation will be conducted by international judges. The video should include an English introduction, visuals of your presentation, and English subtitles.

六、得獎人之義務
      Obligations of Awardees
1.得獎單位/得獎人應配合主辦單位推廣Scrum之需求,含但不限:
獎項推廣。
案例或心得分享。
公開演講。
2.授權主辦單位公開其參選文件,以供各界標竿學習。惟公開參選文件前,得獎單位/得獎人得在不更改架構之前提,酌予修改文件中揭露之資訊。
3.主辦單位將通知提交其他得獎需刊登之文章(如:得獎感言), 一經本會審查接受者,該文章之著作財產權即授予主辦單位。
4.參選單位/參選人請配合提供智慧財產權授予同意書,於提交參選文件同時遞交至本會,但作者仍保有著作人格權。

  1. Awardees/awarded organizations are required to collaborate with the organizing committee in promoting the demand for Scrum, including but not limited to:
    Promoting the award.
    Sharing case studies or experiences.
    Participating in public speaking engagements.
  2. Awardees/awarded organizations grant authorization to the organizing committee to publicly disclose their submission documents for benchmarking and learning purposes. However, before public disclosure, awardees/awarded organizations may request reasonable modifications to disclosed information without altering the overall structure of the documents.

  3. The organizing committee will notify awardees about the submission of other articles for publication, such as acceptance speeches. Once accepted by the organizing committee, the intellectual property rights for such articles are transferred to the organizing committee.

  4. Awardees/awarded organizations are required to provide an intellectual property rights agreement along with their submission documents. This agreement should be submitted to the organizing committee simultaneously with the submission of the application documents. However, authors retain their moral rights.

七、注意事項
      Important Notes
  1. 為確保審查作業之公平與保密性,本獎項主辦單位相關人員及評審委員均已簽署保密協定,遵守保密及利益迴避原則,所有審查結果均由主辦單位正式通知。
  2. 嚴禁任何關說、遊說等可能影響評審之事宜,一經發現,該參選單位即以失格論。
  3. 參選人所提交及填報之各項資料與文件如涉及其企業或組織之營業秘密或相關智慧財產權。
  4. 提交人員請確保已獲其企業或組織之充分授權並遵循其組織之資安政策。
  5. 參選單位/參選人所提交及填報之各項資料與文件,皆應與現況及事實相符,絕不可侵害他人專利權、著作權、商標權或營業秘密等相關智慧財產權,否則應自負一切法律責任。
  6. 如得獎單位/得獎人有下列情事,主辦單位保留收回或註銷其獲獎獎項之權利:
    經查證發現參選文件內容不實者。
    未能善盡得獎者之義務者。
    因糾紛或其他事由而有訴訟,導致影響獎項形象者。
    其他影響獎項形象之情事。
  1. To ensure the fairness and confidentiality of the review process, personnel and judging committee members associated with the award have signed confidentiality agreements. They adhere to principles of confidentiality and conflict of interest. All review results are officially communicated by the organizing committee.
  2. Any attempts at interference, lobbying, or any activities that may influence the judging process are strictly prohibited. If such actions are discovered, the participating entity may be disqualified.
  3. Information and documents submitted or reported by candidates that involve business secrets or related intellectual property of their enterprise or organization are protected.
  4. Submitters must ensure they have obtained full authorization from their enterprise or organization and comply with their organization's information security policies.
  5. All information and documents submitted by participating entities/candidates must be accurate and in line with the current situation and facts. They must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets. Violations may result in legal consequences.
  6. The organizing committee reserves the right to revoke or cancel an award if:
    False information is discovered in the submission documents.
    Awardees fail to fulfill their obligations.
    Legal disputes or other issues arise that negatively impact the image of the award.
    Other circumstances that adversely affect the image of the award.
