Dear Esteemed Winners of the Global Top Agile CEO Award,
Thank you for your enthusiastic participation in the second edition of the Global Top Agile CEO Award. As Taiwan’s first Scrum Alliance International Ambassador CST, I initiated this global award with a strong belief and mission—to practice agility and do the right things. We have consistently advocated for CEO-CSMs to lead by example and showcase agile achievements, and we sincerely appreciate you for joining this journey.
Receiving 45 outstanding applications, this is not just a number—it represents 45 stories, 45 forces, and 45 passions for agility!
Congratulations to the following 14 winners, who, after rigorous evaluation by 10 esteemed judges, have been recognized as Agile CEO Award recipients, setting a benchmark for agile leadership worldwide.

The “Global Agile CEO Awards” is an international award organized by Dr. Roger Chou, the first Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) from Taiwan and the international ambassador of Scrum. The event selects CEOs CSM worldwide who excel in establishing agile environments and cultures, showcasing their outstanding achievements in agile mindset and practices.
Due to rapidly changing environments and the increasingly complex market trends, Scrum and agility have become mainstream advantages in enterprise organizational management and individual capabilities. By recognizing global CEOs who have made significant contributions to agile principles and practices, we aim to underscore their importance and encourage all businesses and organizations to follow them. Therefore, we are hosting this prestigious Global Agile CEO Awards as a model for global enterprises and CEOs to learn from and emulate.
Candidates must hold the position of CEO or be high-level executives within their companies. To ensure the professionalism of awardees in the Agile domain, nominees must hold agile CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certifications and have practical experience in successful Agile cases.
The accolades of this prestigious award are judged based on three key metrics. Contestants must submit relevant documentation as proof, for the consideration of our panel of judges. The criteria include:

Self-Introduction Video: Create a self-introduction video. Since the evaluation will be conducted by international judges, the video should include an English introduction, visuals of your presentation, and English subtitles.
If the submission includes confidential information, it can be either omitted or marked as Confidential. The organizing committee will conceal confidential portions when publicly sharing the submission documents.
If multiple documents are provided as attachments, please merge them into a single file. Uploaded files must be in PDF format and not exceed 1 GB in size.

A distinguished panel judges from the industry, government, and academia will select awardees.
The list of selected winners will be announced before the award ceremony on August 16. The award ceremony will be held at NTU Alumni Hall, No. 2, Xuzhou Road, Taipei City.

"Project Manager Magazine" organizes the "Global Agile CEO Awards" event. It aims to discover and praise agile CEOs who have made outstanding contributions. Candidates who meet the qualifications for the award can attend the event and dinner for free regardless of whether they win the award. However, if you are only a spectator or participant of this event, you need to attend at your own expense.
Nominees should be CEOs or senior executives of a company. There is no restriction on the size of the company; CEOs from SMEs are welcome to apply. To ensure the winner's expertise in the Agile domain, nominees must hold agile CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certifications and have actual successful Agile case studies.
There are no limits. As long as the nominee meets the criteria, they can apply. The final selection will be determined by the panel of judges.
All those who have applied for the "Global Agile CEO Awards" will receive a notification of the results. Kindly wait with patience.
Winners get to attend the award ceremony and the gala dinner, interact with other exceptional CEOs, receive a commemorative trophy, get featured in a magazine report, and are invited to speak at the largest Agile community in Taiwan.
