2).課程摘要
This course introduces the tools can be used in project risk management that covered the risk management planning, risk identification, risk analysis and effective risk response strategies. In this course we will also provide various simple and effective examples to explain and implement the exercise. Students in order to allow participants to quickly grasp the rule of project risk management practice, project work in practice can effectively manage risk.

Application Brainstorming and affinity diagram and fishbone diagram method for risk identification and classification 2. Application of risk probability and impact analysis matrix 3.
