2).課程摘要
From the real case study :FE EcoARK in Taipei 2010 Flora Expo.to direct and lead PMPs to learn how to apply IPECC for a significant project and understand the spirit of 42 process.
From course, the learners can easy understand the key points of project management life cycle. After course, they can handle the project smoothly and successfully by using PMP tools.
3).學習目的
The trainees from the real case: FE EcoARK Project in Taipei 2010 Flora Expo sharing to learn how to apply IPECC process in their project to help practice exercise. The PMP experts direct and lead the trainees to undergo project charter, WBS, communication plan, change control,lessons learned and the tips of project management. Besides, the trainees shall take mock test over 60% after course to gain the PDUs.
